PEAKE has recently designed and built several vehicle roof-mounted PTZ video camera systems for Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. This custom solution provides PEMA with the ability to stream video over 4G to the VirtualVideoWall™ to view on computers, tablets and mobile devices. Video streams from the cameras can be viewed on-the-move inside the vehicle or back at a command center or EOC.PEAKE built five camera systems for PEMA to be mounted on several agency vehicles. With a heavy-duty magnetic mounting solution, each camera system can be seamlessly transferred between vehicles depending on the agency’s mission and resources. The cameras are integrated with the existing vehicle power system and are weather-resistant.The PEAKE VirtualVideoWall™ is a state-of-the-art, web-based video information dashboard. The VVW is a portal used to view agency-deployed cameras (or fleets of cameras) regardless of make, model or codec. The VVW also provides a robust credentialing system allowing the Portal Manager to securely share video with other agencies and to receive shared video as well. Portal Managers may publish full or limited views of their video assets to others using the web-based interface.
