STEVENSVILLE, MD (August 2014) – PEAKE has recently delivered a pair of TICS Warrior-S to the Maryland Army National Guard providing the Guard with portable communications access. Operators achieve full connectivity so that MDANG teams can benefit from reliable communications no matter where they are operating.
As a three-case complete system, the TICS Warrior-S with Excede antenna is a unique solution for those agencies and organizations that need critical communications remotely. The communications kit can be easily transported by one to two people and can be set-up within minutes.
Combined with a ViaSat KA-Band antenna and Excede Internet Service, the TICS Warrior-S provides the MDNG with high speed internet and IP-phones in the field. Cisco With 5 IP-Phones included and Cisco Unified CallManager Express integrated into the kit, the TICS Warrior-S provides MDANG with a portable phone system. Utilizing PEAKE Tactical-Voice, direct phone numbers follow the uplink.
The TICS Warrior-S solution includes the following: 8 Fast Ethernet Ports supporting computers and IP Phones, 8 Ethernet Ports, 1 analog POTS line input, 4 analog FXS analog Telco outputs, and 2 USB charging ports.
The Maryland Army National Guard is the United States Army component of the organized militia of Maryland.
