Who we are

Steve Morgan is the Founder and President of Peake and currently oversees the Communications Services division. With 25 years of industry experience, he is responsible for the strategic vision of the company as well as the internal operations and overall success of PEAKE. In his spare time, Steve can be found spending time with his family, coaching lacrosse or out fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.

Jeff Lawn is responsible for PEAKE’s Enterprise Operations division. In Jeff’s tenure with PEAKE, he has grown PEAKE’s footprint within the DOD market and led the effort on several large-scale enterprise Unified Communication and Network design, deployment and sustainment efforts.  He led the development of PEAKE’s Quality Management Systems and has been with PEAKE for 8 years. Previously, he was the Vice President of Business Development at AAC for twelve years.  Under Jeff’s direction, AAC won several sizable contracts and graduated to a Large Business. In his free time Jeff can be found at any Club, High School or Collegiate Lacrosse/Field Hockey stadium on the East Coast, cheering on his 3 daughters.

Jeremy Christy is Peake’s Senior Network Engineer and manages the Communications Engineering team. He is the lead project engineer and technical advisor for the company. He is a long-time employee of Peake and oversees all communication service projects. Jeremy has 22 years of experience in the field and served in the US Marine Corps for 8 years. He says that the most rewarding part of working with PEAKE, is that the customer truly does come first in everything we do. In his free time Jeremy can be found training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, spending time with family, and playing World of Warcraft.

Stephanie Jones is the Marketing Director at PEAKE. As a long time employee of the company, Stephanie’s roles have been fluid, from maintaining the PEAKE brand and marketing assets to managing the day to day employee operations. Stephanie has a comprehensive knowledge base of all things ‘PEAKE’. Stephanie also serves as the Facility Security Officer for PEAKE. She believes in the PEAKE mentality of “doing whatever it takes” to get the job done. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, coaching high school lacrosse, attending concerts and traveling.

Ashley McManus is the Accounting Manager for PEAKE. With over 14 years of accounting and financial analyst experience, her main focus at PEAKE is providing all financial services including statements, profitability reports, and project forecasting statements. Ashley is a strong believer in teamwork within the company. “I know it sounds cliché, but I love the quote by Phil Jackson, “The strength of the team is each individual member, the strength of each member is the team.” When she is not chasing numbers down spreadsheets, she can be found chasing around two rambunctious kiddos. She is a military spouse to an active-duty Marine that loves all things family, Christmas, and home décor.

Elisa is the Recruiting Manager at PEAKE whose main focus is on contract recruiting and HR management within PEAKE’s Enterprise Services division. She is also our Lead Auditor and developed, maintains, and leads our ISO 9001 quality management program. Elisa, a long- time PEAKE employee, enjoys the challenge of matching candidates capabilities to the unique requirements each project presents. Finding "the right fit" strengthens and grows our team so we can in turn exceed our customers expectations while providing lasting and satisfying careers for PEAKE employees. In her free time, Elisa likes spending time outside with family and friends, and traveling.

Bri Gray is the Program Manager for the PEAKE Communication Services Division. She is an experienced leader in business management, customer relationship management, and public safety operations. Bri has over 16 years of experience in Law Enforcement as a Police Officer in several Maryland counties. Her passion and work ethic shines through in every detail of her projects and relationships. In her free time Bri can be found hanging out with friends and family and practicing jui-jitsu.
