PEAKE’s PRO Support is the perfect complement to your PEAKE integrated solutions. PRO Support provides end-users with the highest level of technical assistance, including direct access to our experienced, certified systems engineers. No one understands the complicated technology behind IP-centric satellite communications and the latest video, voice, and data solutions like the team at PEAKE. Our PRO Support is your operation’s best choice for on-call engineering, advanced training, preventative maintenance, extended warranty, and any support services that facilitate seamless communications for mission success.
PEAKE PRO Support Level 1 is our Basic Entry-Level support service. Level 1 Support includes 24/7 On Call Network Operations Center support. For those customers with Tactical-IP VSAT, support for basic connectivity issues is included. Benefits include:
- Basic connectivity support to satellite modem
- 24/7 communication with a Tactical-IP network technician
- Ability to upgrade to Level 2 or 3 support
PEAKE PRO Support Level 2 includes all services from PRO Support Level 1. Level 2 support includes our Modem “Spare in the Air” service. If you are experiencing problems with your any iDirect Evolution series modems, Level 2 service guarantees a new, configured modem sent overnight to you the next business day, free of charge. Our PRO Support Level 2 program is $99 per month, per system supported. Benefits include all Level 1 features in addition to:
- “Spare in the Air” program
- 24/7 communication with a Tactical-IP senior level engineer
PEAKE PRO Support Level 3 includes all services from our PRO Support Level 1 and Level 2. Level 3 support adds unlimited remote engineering support for existing PEAKE installed or configured systems. Our PRO Support Level 3 service is $199 per month, per system supported. Additional features include:
- 24/7 on-call support by Tactical-IP Subject Matter Expert
- Extends coverage to entire network suite
- Priority support over Level 1 and Level 2 customers
- Ability to escalate to on-site engineering to include drill, exercise and mission support
